"The secret of good teaching is to regard the child’s intelligence as a fertile field in which seeds may be sown, to grow under the heat of flaming imagination.”  – Maria Montessori

“The greatest sign of success for a teacher is to be able to say, "The children are now working as if I did not exist." – Maria Montessori

Darlene Aguirre
Lead Teacher

Hello my name is Darlene Aguirre and I have been working with children for 3 years. I have worked with children from age group toddlers to preschool, pre-K and I have enjoyed every second of it. I am glad to be part of Little Einstein’s team!

My parents are both from Mexico and I am fluent in both English and Spanish. I was born in Santa Clara. I have 4 younger siblings and grew up in a household full of girls. My ultimate goal is to achieve my teaching credentials and be able to teach children that are preschool through 6th grade.

I strongly believe that in order to have a relationship with the children the parents should feel confortable and be able to trust me. If you ever have any questions or concerns please talk to me I am more than happy to stick around and have a conversation.

I love and enjoy being able to work with children at a young age because I am able tot each them something about life before they even experience the world on their own. I enjoy seeing how each individual child is already growing into the adult they are going to be. Each child is unique and different and I feel that they teach me as much as I teach the. As soon as I see their cute little smile and how excited they get when they learn how to do new things, I feel like I am doing something good for them. I see myself working with young children for as long as possible. Working with children is a reminder that we were all children once and motivates me even more
