Toddlers · 18–24 months

Toddlers at Little Einstein’s are busy discovering what they can do for themselves. In a thoughtfully prepared classroom, caring teachers offer simple choices, model language, and guide children through routines that build security and independence.

Everyday life becomes learning: carrying a tray, putting materials away, washing hands, and helping with simple tasks strengthen coordination and a sense of belonging. Sorting, stacking, matching, and sensory activities invite exploration at a toddler’s pace.

Stories, songs, conversation, and Spanish and Mandarin experiences encourage growing vocabulary. Movement, art, and hands-on play support creativity and early problem-solving. Teachers help children name feelings, practice taking turns, and begin forming friendships.

We meet each child where they are, with patient support for self-help skills and transitions. As toddlers become more confident communicators and independent explorers, they build a foundation for our preschool program.
